Update October 15, 2022 Masks are not required to enter any of our South Louisiana Primary Care locations. If you have a weakened immune system or are at increased risk for severe disease, experiencing any COVID systems, or exposed to the COVID virus we do recommend you wear a high-quality mask for ten (10) days and get a COVID Test on day five (5). On day five and upon entering any one of our Medical Centers for COVID testing, we kindly ask that you please wear your mask at that time.
